Hello!  Happy to have you here.  Thanks to big-hearted folks like you The Rudy Foundation can help to provide a better quality of life for children near and far.  

Our current focus is an Orphanage in Arequipa, Peru that is currently home to nearly 60 orphans ranging in age from newborn to 17 years old. Casa Hogar El Amor de Dios was founded and is run by a husband and wife, José and Gloria Ingalls.  They have devoted the last 30 years of their lives caring for over 3,500 children who have resided at their orphanage over that period of time. All that they have goes directly into loving and caring for these children, teaching them to be upstanding human beings and providing them with the life skills and schooling needed to live successfully in on their own when they are required by law to do so at age 18 and can no longer reside at the orphanage. While they are able to successfully adopt out 2-3 children a year on average, the process is long and complicated in Peru and and often children remain at the orphanage until they age out.

Together José and Gloria have provided cheerful and beautiful humble havens, three meals a day, education and bible teachings to the beautiful children in their care.
